John Morgan - Comedian

John Morgan - Comedian at Loony Bin Comedy Club - Tulsa

John Morgan brings a comic voice shaped by Louisiana roots, and that alone gives this Tulsa date a flavor all its own. Known here as John “The Ragin' Cajun” Morgan, he draws on a life story that starts in New Orleans and carries the rhythm, attitude, and sharp social awareness that city is known for. His background is grounded in real place and real perspective, which makes his comedy feel personal from the first line.

At the center of his act is a knack for finding comedy in everyday life and in the cultural mix that influenced him. His biography says the city's cultural, political, and economic diversity helped shape him as a performer, and that comes through in the way his material connects broad observations with a specific point of view. If you like comedians who sound like they have lived a lot of life before stepping onstage, Morgan has that kind of presence.

He also discovered his gift for comedy while at university, which gives his story a satisfying sense of momentum: the talent was there, and he kept building on it. That background helps explain why his style can appeal to people who enjoy humor with personality, memory, and a clear sense of where the comic is coming from. It is the kind of set that rewards attention and gives listeners plenty to latch onto.
