For a concert, check the stage position and whether the floor is reserved or general admission. Hockey uses the floor for the rink, so arena bowl seats face a different layout. An event chart is more useful than a single generic capacity figure.

Lower-bowl and upper-level seating provide different perspectives on the event floor. Review the exact section, row and any restricted-view notice on the listing; no section is best for every production.

Premium choices include suites, loge boxes and club seating. Benefits depend on the package; do not assume an ordinary ticket includes lounge access or other amenities.

BOK Center has no onsite parking. Nearby independently operated garages and lots set their own event rates. Compare the location and exit route before booking; a space is not guaranteed by an event ticket.

Downtown Tulsa’s directory lists BOK Center Central Parking at 205 W 2nd Street and Civic Center Parkade at 550 W 3rd Street. The venue’s parking page also links to advance parking reservations through ParkWhiz.

Rideshare

The designated rideshare zone is on 1st Street between Denver and Cheyenne. Use BOK Center as the pickup point and follow event-day signs.

Accessible drop-off

Accessible drop-off is on West 3rd Street between Denver and Frisco; the Main Entrance is the entry point.

Public transportation

MetroLink’s Denver Avenue Station is at 319 S Denver Avenue, near 4th & Denver across from the arena area. Check current route schedules and the final return service before planning an evening trip.

Allow time for dinner before the venue’s door time, and check kitchen hours if you plan to eat after the show.

Choose a base in downtown Tulsa that fits your plans beyond the event. Confirm the hotel’s own parking and check-in arrangements when booking.

Accessible seating is offered on every arena level, with companion seats subject to availability. Arrange the seating type you need for the specific performance; contact the venue for assistance before purchasing.

The venue offers wheelchair escorts at entry. Arena wheelchairs are for escorted arrival/departure, not for use throughout the show. For sign-language interpretation, requests must reach the venue at least three weeks ahead and require performer approval.

Bag policy

One clear bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, or a one-gallon clear plastic bag, is permitted per person. A small non-clear personal item may be no larger than 5 × 8 inches. Check the official bag page before your event.

Arrival & tickets

Security screening includes metal detectors and bag checks. Most events open doors about an hour before showtime, but the event’s published door time takes priority. Re-entry is not permitted.

BOK Center uses mobile tickets. Follow the delivery instructions for your purchase, save the actual ticket to your phone and have it ready at entry; a screenshot is not an accepted substitute.
