Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers

Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers at ONEOK Field

A Texas League night in downtown Tulsa has a built-in edge, and Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers at ONEOK Field brings two long-running Double-A clubs into one shared baseball setting. With Time TBA on April 20, 2027, the matchup fits neatly into the rhythm of a spring home date: familiar enough to feel local, competitive enough to keep the innings moving, and easy to enjoy with a friend who likes seeing where the next wave of talent is developing.

Tulsa's club has been part of the city's baseball identity for decades, moving to town before the 1977 season and building a history that includes four Texas League championships. Arkansas brings its own deep roots, tracing back to 1901 and carrying one of minor league baseball's most distinctive nicknames, drawn from the classic Arkansas Traveler figure and story. That blend of tradition and regional character gives this game a little extra texture before the first pitch is even thrown.

For fans who appreciate the sport beyond the standings, this is a chance to watch a 69-game 2027 home schedule take shape around a franchise that remains a Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Travelers, meanwhile, arrive as the Seattle Mariners' Double-A affiliate, adding a clean baseball storyline that is easy to follow and easy to share with someone who likes a straightforward night out. It is the kind of matchup that works for a first-time visitor and a regular alike.

If you are planning a shared outing around Tulsa sporting events, this one gives you a classic minor league setting, a strong baseball backstory, and a downtown venue that keeps the focus on the game. Take a look at the ticket listings for this Tulsa date and see how it fits your plans.
