The short answer

Touring Broadway productions in Tulsa are presented at Tulsa Performing Arts Center, with Chapman Music Hall the key venue to check. The Phantom of the Opera and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are upcoming touring titles in the local listings. Other TPAC musicals may be local productions, even when the title is familiar from Broadway.

Find a Touring Production

Celebrity Attractions publishes the Tulsa touring season. Use its Tulsa listings to see the presenter, run dates and performance options, then choose the exact matinee or evening you want. A tour may stay for several performances; buying a ticket for the right day is only half the job if that day has two shows.

The Phantom of the Opera is listed for November 18–29, 2026, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child for July 6–11, 2027. The event cards below link to individual performances already in our listings. Read the event page for its local showtime and ticket options.

A Broadway Title Does Not Always Mean a Tour

Theatre Tulsa produces its own musicals at TPAC. Its Come From Away in November 2026 and Les Misérables in January 2027 belong to that local season. They offer another way to see musical theatre, but they are not the same thing as a touring Broadway company.

TPAC also presents ballet, symphony concerts, plays and family entertainment. Check the presenting organization and production details rather than treating every event in the theatre category as a Broadway tour.

Choose Seats and Find the Right Hall

Use the seating plan for your performance. Chapman Music Hall has orchestra and upper levels, while the smaller theatres have their own layouts. Compare section and row, and ask the ticket office about any access or viewing needs before buying.

Chapman Music Hall’s main entrance is on 3rd Street. Williams, Doenges and Norman use 2nd Street. Keep that distinction in mind when arranging dinner or a drop-off; the complex’s mailing address is not a substitute for knowing your hall.

Late seating is set by the presenter, and arriving after the performance starts may mean waiting for a break. Give yourself time to enter, find your lobby and settle in. For assisted listening or step-free access, ask TPAC about the route and equipment for your particular hall.

Plan Dinner Around Curtain Time

Choose a restaurant after you have chosen the performance. For an evening show, tell the restaurant when you need to leave for the lobby. A matinee may suit lunch before the show or dinner afterward instead.

If you are staying overnight, compare hotels around your theatre plans and decide where the car will stay. Keep your return route handy. The existing TPAC dining, parking and hotel guides cover those choices without making the show itself feel rushed.

Explore More of Tulsa’s Performing Arts

A touring musical can be the centerpiece of a weekend without filling every part of it. Add an Arts District museum visit, choose a local play on another day, or browse the wider event calendar if your group wants a different kind of performance.

Keep each booking separate. A museum ticket, a local musical and a touring production each have their own admission arrangements, even when they fit into the same trip.
