Johnny Pemberton

Johnny Pemberton at Loony Bin Comedy Club - Tulsa

Johnny Pemberton brings a comic voice that already feels a little off-center in the best way. He is an actor and comedian with a quirky public persona that includes being a gardener and a reformed record collector, and that mix gives his stand-up a personality beyond the usual club set. At Loony Bin Comedy Club in Tulsa on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the room is set for a night built around that unusual perspective.

What makes Pemberton appealing is how many different lanes he occupies without losing the thread of his comedy. Viewers know him as Thaddeus in Prime Video's Fallout and as Bo on NBC's Superstore, while his television work also includes You're The Worst and Son of Zorn. Those credits suggest a performer who understands timing, character, and the kind of weird detail that can turn a simple premise into something memorable. His stand-up career adds another layer, with appearances at Just for Laughs, Moontower Comedy Festival, and SXSW showing that his live material has traveled well across different comedy crowds.

For anyone browsing Tulsa comedy shows, this booking offers an appealing blend of screen familiarity and live-stage personality. Pemberton's background as an actor and writer helps explain why his comedy can feel character-driven without losing its stand-up edge. If you like comedians who bring an offbeat point of view and a little unpredictability to the mic, this is the kind of listing worth a closer look.
