Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers

Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers at ONEOK Field

Some rivalries never get old, and when the Arkansas Travelers roll into ONEOK Field, you know you're getting genuine Texas League baseball. This Sunday, August 1, 2027, the Tulsa Drillers take on one of the oldest minor league franchises in the game, a club tracing its roots to 1901, in a matchup that brings Seattle's top prospects face-to-face with Los Angeles' rising talent.

Tulsa's been grooming future Dodgers since before many of us were born. The franchise moved here in 1977 and has delivered four Texas League championships, most recently in 2018. That's decades of walk-offs, diving catches, and moments that remind you why you love live baseball. Arkansas carries the same weight of history, named for the classic Arkansas Traveler figure and built on more than a century of summer nights under the lights.

This is Double-A ball the way it was meant to be experienced: close enough to see the pitcher's grip, loud enough to rattle the dugout, and real enough that every swing matters. ONEOK Field hosts 69 home games this season, and this Sunday date is one you can actually be there for. No highlight reel captures the crack of the bat in person or the roar when a relay nails a runner at the plate.
